Do you have to listen to music to fall asleep?

Question

Do you have to listen to music to fall asleep?

Answer

Personally, it depends on the current state of fatigue.brbrIf one is exhausted, no music should be required... a quick way to sleep is working out vigorously for about an hour, then a shower, then the bed. Or, do somethings that need to be done. Maybe a sense of accomplishment is the perfect remedy for a consciousless sleep. brbrIf one is restless, soothing jazz, classical music, light opera, even RampB, just loud enough to hear is great. The soothing melodies of the music, combined with concentration of listening to the soft music should aid in sleep. Some great artists to look for... Luther Vandross, Chris Botti, Anita Baker any classical composer... brbrGood Luck!
